Creative
Elegance
900 SW Fifth, originally the Georgia-Pacific Building, is a towering 367 foot tall monument of concrete and steel with wood accents, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Portland. The building’s extensive woodwork provides an elegant reminder of the Georgia-Pacific past along with The Quest, an elaborate sculpture considered Portland’s largest single piece of white sculpted marble. 900 SW 5th, which is considered modernist in style, contains 459,504 square feet of office and retail space with 27 above ground stories. 900 SW Fifth is taking a creative new approach by enhancing the floor-by-floor energy and aesthetic through upgrades.
